Since low level wisps can be killed with two blast canisters, this means you can kill them by doing this combo. If you use blast canister with M2, then go into power-mode, and then cancel it with sprint, you can immediately throw another blast canister.
There is a way to deal bursts of damage with blast canister at the cost of power-mode. Embrace repulsion armor plate to solidify your position as a tank, or experiment with rose buckler if you really want to be armored 24/7.
You may also be able to stun enemies with blast canister to really close the gap. They may also end up at different cooldown times, allowing you to regularly stay armored if you need to. You can engage with power-mode and run away with transport mode, both armored. Having two armored moves in both transport mode and power-mode let's you take a lot more damage than other characters. You can't sprint, then M1 attack, it will cause you to cancel your sprint. Take note, if you want to do this, you need to attack with M1, then sprint/utility. When you are using only the single power-saw outside of power-mode, you can both sprint and use the utility transport mode at the same time. Sometimes entering power-mode when you think you won't be able to dodge an attack (early game wisps included) might leave you with more health. With enough damage mitigation and/or healing, you can withstand barrages of incoming damage other characters could dream of living through. You can inflict an incredible amount of single target damage. When you want to use this move is when you are ready to inflict a lot of damage and are prepared to take damage.
